The challenge
The owner of Precision Air, Eli, came to us looking for a complete digital presence package for his HVAC company in Corpus Christi, TX. His brand was virtually unknown and for a new business starting with little to no reviews to build trust, it’s difficult to get your footing in a hyper-competitive market. He felt like he was throwing away money on poor performing ads and had his hands full with trying to run the business. He felt he didn’t have the time to micro-manage every aspect of paid ads.
Our approach
We needed to build a strong brand identity while making him stand out from the crowded HVAC market, introduce residents to his new company, building trust in his brand, and bring in leads ASAP.
Here’s how we did it:
Website design – We built a clean website that’s easy to navigate, answers the visitor’s questions, giving them the information they need to purchase. We even added online scheduling to make things super convenient for their customers.
Words That Work – We researched the most effective keywords people use when seeking HVAC services, identifying opportunities to outperform the competition. One notable addition was an AC error code search feature, which attracted visitors indicating a need for HVAC assistance.
Build Trust – We implemented a QR code to conveniently leave reviews. This feature was integrated across the website, business cards, and emails, leading to a significant influx of high-quality reviews. This enhanced brand trust with Google and also bolstered credibility among potential customers.
Bring Home the Leads – To top it off, we launched a heavy social media and Google Ads campaign to give Precision Air even more visibility in search results, increase brand recognition, and start bringing in leads right away.

We crafted a series of memorable social media ads in the fun and playful voice of the Precision Air brand to drive traffic to the website. These ads aimed to boost brand recognition and inform potential customers about special offers and promotions.
