The challenge

Already a well-established practice, Belpre Dental Studio served patients from Belpre to Marietta West Virginia, with a majority of business coming from a 20-mile radius. Belpre Dental has truly carved out a stellar reputation, leading the charge in creating cutting-edge dental spaces. However, they were missing a key piece of their SEO puzzle…ads. Their website was performing well but wasn’t getting as many leads as needed, and they wanted to shift their primary focus towards higher-income services like smile makeovers.

Our approach

With a clear brand voice already in place, we needed to introduce new patients to the practice, encourage existing patients to return for routine services and inform those looking for high-quality smile services like veneers, whitening, and injectables that there was a top-notch practice in their area.

Social media – We kicked things off with an extensive social media campaign with stunning imagery aimed to do two things; hyper-target audiences already showing an interest in similar services, and introduce new customers to the practice.

Bring home the leads – After extensive keyword research, we carefully crafted Google and Bing ads to perform for those searched, grab top-of-page attention and then hand deliver exactly what the user is searching for.

Results

Within just 3 months of launching our revamped campaign structure, we saw a whopping 62% increase in Google Search Ad
conversions in 3 months, conversions through social media ads soared by 47%, resulting in 15% reduction in bounce rates.

And thanks to thumb-stopping social media ads, they were successfully able to attract the higher-ROI services they were looking for. They have since made a name for themselves as the premier Dental Practice to go to for total smile makeovers.
